Be part of a fun and great cardiovascular workout by participating in our YMCA Aerobics program. We offer Low Impact, Stretch and Tone, Resistance Training, High/Low Combo, and Step Classes for women and men of different levels of physical conditioning. Classes are offered in the morning, late afternoon, evenings, and weekends. Aerobic Classes are part of a YMCA membership and non-members are welcome to attend unlimited classes for $50 a month. Yoga is a mind-body workout designed to improve physical and mental health in people of all ages and fitness levels. Our classes bring these benefits of Yoga to participants in a fitness class setting. Our classes increase muscular strength and endurance, promote cardiovascular health, and improve flexibility. | Prenatal Water Exercise Class |
Fit for TwoPrenatal Water Exercise Class developed by the YMCA of the USA and structured around guidelines established by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecologists. Fit for Two helps expectant moms increase cardiovascular health, muscular strength and better prepare for their delivery. Zumba is Spanish for "to move fast and have fun". This Latin dance inspired cardio class will have you moving to traditional cumbia, salsa, samba and meringue music. |
