    Aerobics Be part of a fun and great cardiovascular workout by participating in our YMCA Aerobics program. We offer Low Impact, Stretch and Tone, Resistance Training, High/Low Combo, and Step Classes for women and men of different levels of physical conditioning. Classes are offered in the morning, late afternoon, evenings, and weekends. Aerobic Classes are part of a YMCA membership and non-members are welcome to attend unlimited classes for $50 a month.     Yoga Yoga is a mind-body workout designed to improve physical and mental health in people of all ages and fitness levels. Our classes bring these benefits of Yoga to participants in a fitness class setting. Our classes increase muscular strength and endurance, promote cardiovascular health, and improve flexibility.     Pilates Pilates is a dynamic system of exercise that integrates mind, body and breath. Each exercise targets deep abdominal muscles to develop core stability while toning, strengthening and balancing your body, mind and spirit. The focus on muscle isolation, breath awareness and correct movement allows you to achieve maximum results as you progress at your own pace. Join us for 45 minutes of a relaxing workout at the end of your stressful day!
    Prenatal Water Exercise Class Fit for TwoPrenatal Water Exercise Class developed by the YMCA of the USA and structured around guidelines established by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecologists. Fit for Two helps expectant moms increase cardiovascular health, muscular strength and better prepare for their delivery. This 45 minute class is held in the supportive water environment of the pool.For more information or to register please contact Anne Shoaf at 483-9622.
    Sunday Family Fitness Telling your kids that fitness is improtant is not enough - you need to show them! This class, held in our Life Fitness room, is available for children ages 7 and up to come and work out with their parents.  This program will improve the musculoskeletal strength of your family while exposing you to a variety of safe, effective and fun training methods.
    Boot Camp This challenging workout is designed to give you the best one hour cardio and strength training workout in the world! This class, held in the gym and led by our motivated Fitness Staff, will help you sculpt a strong lean body.
    Core & More The Core & More 30 minute workout, held in the Fitness Center stretch room, will strengthen the deep muscles of the abdomen and lower back.
    Life Fitness Circuit This 45 minute class utilizes our Life Fitness equipment which combines strength stations and cardiovascular stations.  As you proceed from one station to another, you will gain a combination of increased cardiovascular endurance, strength, and muscular endurance.
    Sports Conditioning This no frills approach to sports conditioning will build strength, endurance and flexibility benefitting a wide variety of sports, such as running, soccer, or football. Class meets in the gym, and finishes in Group Fitness Room 2.
    Weight/Core Challenge This supervised and regimented weight training class takes place on the weight room floor. Utilizing a variety of equipment, our Fitness Staff will introduce a slightly different approach to your everyday exercises. Each session will challenge even the most experienced weight lifter.
    Running Group Weather permitting, this 60 minute outdoor run will help you increase your speed by training with other intermediate runners. Each run will push you towards your peak performance at race day.
    Zumba Zumba is Spanish for "to move fast and have fun".  This Latin dance inspired cardio class will have you moving to traditional cumbia, salsa, samba and meringue music. 
    Dancing Have fun exercising while you learn the dances that will help you look good at the next wedding reception. Both Beginner and Advanced level classes are available.
