| Gymnastics |
This program instructs boys & girls ages 18 months - 10 years in gymnastic skill development, safety measures, & values. Students are grouped by ability & experience. |
| Tumble Tots |
A beginning tumbling class for ages 18 months to 3 years. Tumble Tots classes are 30 minutes and include a parent or guardian. |
| Rollers |
Rollers is for ages 4-6 with little or no experience. Classes are 45 minutes long. |
| Cheer-Tumbling |
Cheer-tumbling is for ages 7 - 10 who are interested in learning the basic tumbling routines that are used for cheering. |
| Toddler Time |
This 45 minute class encourages parent/child interaction with other children. Meet in the gym for play time, followed by a story, craft, and music. For children 2-4 years old. |
| Kids in Motion |
Kids in Motion is an exercise class for 8 - 12 year olds, using games and traditional exercises. |
| Soccer |
The main focus will be on fun, while at the same time incorporating YMCA Character Development Values. Children ages 4 - 6 will enjoy 5 Saturdays of organized game time. This will not be a competitive league, but it will be a chance to play some fun and organized indoor soccer games. |
| Tennis |
Lessons will focus on introducing the basic fundamentals and strategies of tennis. Class will work on developing hand-eye coordination, flexibility and endurance through drills and play. Ages 7 to 16. |
| Cheering-Tumbling |
Cheering-Tumbling is for ages 7 - 10 years old who are interested in learning the basic tumbling routines that are used for cheering. |
| Babysitting Course |
This Red Cross course covers responsibilities of the sitter, characteristics of children, selection of games and toys, accident prevention, basic care, and first aid skills. Ages 11-14. Pizza will be provided for lunch. |
| Youth Karate |
Martial Arts Basic Karate is for youth ages 5 to 13 with little or no experience. Instruction is provided on several ability levels. |
| Teen Life Fitness Circuit |
This 4 week program is designed for teens ages 13 - 15, and is instructor-led focusing on the four components of fitness: strength, flexibility, balance and cardiovascular. |
| Teen Weight/Agility Program |
This 4 week program is designed for teens 16 and up, and is instructor-led focusing on proper form, agility, and balance for overall body conditioning. |
